Why I created Your Better Balance.
I know. I, too, find myself stiff when getting off the sofa or out of the car. I’ve tripped off a curb and fallen down stairs IN MY 40’s. Only now do I realize I have taken my strong, flexible body and the inherent gifts of my youth for granted.
Now at age 68, after teaching 80 and 90 year olds the principles for better balance for over 20 years, I’ve realized each one of us needs to learn and practice these principles for BALANCE, NOW!, The scary part is that by not addressing whole body balance, we are setting our 80/90 year old self up to a life less vibrant and full.
I believe I have cracked the code for better balance now and I am inviting you to be one of the first to experience its transformative effects.
