As we age, stiffness creeps into our daily routines, and old patterns and injuries turn into frequent aches and pains. I teach a contempory yoga that is based in alignment principles. Good alignment is good therapy and helps to alliviate daily aches and pains and quiet restless minds. Trained in yoga therapy I have worked with people who have scoliosis, rheumatoid arthritis, back, neck and other physical pains, pre and post cancer treatment, anxiety, and balance concerns. Together with practice, you’ll regain confidence in your body's ability to age with flexibility, strength and grace.
