What to Expect
Our monthly Zoom sessions are held in a supportive, virtual circle. You don’t need special equipment—just a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably.

We begin by settling into a comfortable position using blankets, pillows, or bolsters to support your body - on a yoga mat, recliner, couch or bed.

Through my voice, you will be guided through various stages of relaxation, moving from external awareness to internal stillness.

You remain awake and aware throughout the process, gently exploring the threshold between waking and sleeping.
Yoga Nidra is offered once a month on Zoom on the third Thursday of the month @7: PM.
Most importantly, come with a willingness to pause. There is nothing to achieve—only an invitation to rest.
